AI Strategy & Enterprise Execution

Through 900 Labs, I lead research and build systems at the frontier of enterprise AI. This includes deep-research programs synthesizing data from McKinsey, BCG, RAND, MIT, Gartner, and Deloitte; multi-agent AI workflows that structure teams of AI agents into executive and operative roles; and proprietary infrastructure for contextual retrieval, policy enforcement, and progressive task automation. The core question: why do 95% of enterprise AI initiatives fail, and what do the 5% do differently?

Capital Allocation & Market Structure

Liquidity, incentives, positioning, and structural edge - the mechanics that drive outcomes. This informs both our fund's investment decisions and the strategic advice I give to portfolio companies and founders.

Frontier Technology & Digital Assets

Deep experience across digital assets, tokenisation, real-world asset infrastructure, and decentralised systems. Focus on what's genuinely investable: where value accrues, how governance works, how yield is generated, and what survives institutional scrutiny. Active in the space since 2013.
