About Sami

I'm an AI strategist, researcher, and technology investor.

I run two organizations: 900 Labs (www.900labs.com), an AI research institute producing enterprise-grade intelligence on AI deployment and execution; and Type3 Capital, a frontier technology investment firm providing licensed corporate finance advisory and fund management.

My career has always been about identifying what's next in technology and figuring out how to operationalize it. I've built and exited businesses, raised $100M+ across ventures, transactions, and fund formation, invested in 100+ companies, and led commercial teams of 50+ people. I entered digital assets in 2013 and have stayed close to market structure ever since - trading dynamics, liquidity, token design, and how systems behave under stress.

Current focus

Right now, my primary focus is on AI. Through 900 Labs, I lead deep-research programmes on enterprise AI execution, build multi-agent AI systems and autonomous workflows, and produce proprietary research on why 95% of enterprise AI initiatives fail. I also have early-career roots in systems engineering, which keeps me grounded in the infrastructure layer.

In parallel, I manage active fund strategies through Type3 Capital's SPC structure, serving institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs.
